Sunsetting Deckstamp

Just a quick announcement that, since importing color images got easier as of Decker 1.51, Deckstamp won't be updated anymore, as it was created to help with what is now a native function of Decker itself. I'm writing this for two reasons:

- People might find this utility and wonder why it wasn't updated anymore while missing the announcement of the new feature on Decker.

- While Deckstamp won't be updated anymore, I'll keep it hosted on itch so people can poke around the code if they wish to do so to see how things work.

Thanks to everyone who used it and left positive feedback, I'm glad it made using Decker in color a bit easier.
